Mike Davis: Big Tech Platforms Aiding and Abetting Terrorism

Mike Davis of the Article III Project talks to “War Room” host Steve Bannon about the Supreme Court’s hearing on Big Tech social media responsibility for what is posted on their platforms. The two recent cases were about terrorism and criminality and don’t cover the broad range of cases that Davis and others have been arguing give social media too much immunity from defamation lawsuits because of Section 230.
