They fail to see how implementing border security measures would result in Chuck Schumer and Joe Biden shutting the bill, and subsequently the government, down. Border security is the top issues in the country across groups of voters and party, the leverage to win border security measures is tremendous and does not equate to past shutdown battles such as with Obamacare and Daca.
