"Secure The Border And We’ll Fund The Government”: Rep. Donalds On Government Shutdown

Congressman Byron Donalds of Florida joins Steve Bannon’s WarRoom to discuss a battle of House Republican appropriators and Defense members who do not want to disrupt the flow of federal spending. They fail to see how implementing border security measures would result in Chuck Schumer and Joe Biden shutting the bill, and subsequently the government, down. The Congressman argues that now is the time to have the political fight for the American people when a tremendous amount of attention is on the border crisis and pressure of a shutdown looms. Border security is the top issues in the country across groups of voters and party, the leverage to win border security measures is tremendous and does not equate to past shutdown battles such as with Obamacare and Daca.
