Tucker Carlson released previously unseen footage from the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, and said that the video proves that Jan. 6 Select Committee and federal prosecutors lied about what really happened on that day. Steve Bannon devoted part of the first hour of today’s “War Room” to analysis of ther new footage, including commentary from Darren Beattie of Revolver News and Mike Davis of the Article III Project. One of the main issues is that the exculpatory evidence was never released to defendants being prosecuted for entering the Capitol, thus violating the Constitution.
