Independent Union Law For China

We are very grateful that the European Parliament has passed the EU Forced Labor Ban to prohibit the import of the sweatshop products made in China.

But with the acquiescence of the Chinese government, the factories in China still have many ways to circumvent this regulation.

Nothing changes, Chinese workers in factories are still forced to work for 12

hours in a day and 6 days in a week.

Many of us got caught and sentenced into prison when we tried to establish our own independent union and hold a strike.

I wish the American government could have mobilized all its diplomats to push the EU, Japan and other nations to pass an Independent Union Law to support our efforts of establishing an independent union.

Only the independent union established by the workers would do everything to protect the interests of the workers and defend their human rights.

With the protection of the independent union, the Chinese workers would put less time into work and get much more paid.

That means China would export less products and import more, which would definitely benefit workers across the world.

If the Chinese government would not lift the ban on the independent union, then the free world shall impose the Independent Union Tax on the imports from China.

If at that time the Chinese government still rejects to make changes, then the Free World shall confiscate the oversea assets of whoever objects against the independent union in China as their wealth was got through ruthless oppression.

That would definitely diminish its power and lower the risk of war breaking out.

If the Chinese government decides to obey the Independent Union Law, then the independent union established by the workers will be the great check and balance on the Communist Party of China.

The Independent Union is a great ally to the peace of the world.

Just take a look at these countries below:

1. Nazi Germany immediately abolished the independent union of workers as soon as Hitler came into power;

2. Militarist Japan never allowed the existence of the independent union of workers;

3. Soviet Russia not only banned the independent union of workers, but also executed people for being a little lazy.

All these countries which banned the independent union of workers had committed unimaginable disastrous atrocities against Human Race.

So please support us to establish an independent union of workers to protect their interests and human rights.

If they could have lived in much happier lives, then nobody would want a war.

Let’s not forget that China is the one behind Russia to dismay the whole Europe, the same one behind Iran to disorder the Middle East Area.

And in the near future, it may try to occupy Taiwan through military conflicts, which may become a third world war with the intervention of Japan and the US.

So my respected Senators and Representatives of the Free World, please pass this new Independent Union Law to support our efforts to establish an independent union of workers in China.

It would not only benefit workers all over the world, but also help keep the peace of the world especially in such a dire time.
