Basically, it just means developed countries are going to pay trillions of dollars to less developed countries because they feel guilty about using fossil fuels. Meanwhile, Walsh also shows that the science of global warming is hokum, using charts to illustrate that the oceans have been rising for 20,000 years, and the increase has actually nearly leveled off in the last thousand years as we approach the next ice age.
