“The Pensacola court vacated the Biden administration Humanitarian Parole, plus ATD Alternatives To Detention program. The Biden administration this morning was expected to appeal that to the 11th circuit and then it would’ve gone straight to the Supreme Court but, in a surprise move they did not appeal. They gave a notice that we will not be appealing that. What they will do instead now is just alter their policy, tweak it just enough, so that they can say we’ve met the conditions of the judge’s ruling and let it continue.”
