Congressional candidate Josh Barnett is suing the state of Arizona over the flawed election of Nov. 8.
“We want elections run according to what’s in the book… and these people are constantly changing the rules… You’ll see throughout the lawsuiit, it uses the word ‘mal-administration’ quite a bit.. Even in their own definitions, misconduct is mal-administration, and when you have rules that are broken, you cannot tell me this is a legitimate, certifiable election.”
