Attorney Mark Sonnenklar discusses the report he wrote about his experiences as an Election Day observer in Maricopa County during the Nov. 8, 2022, election. According to Sonnenklar, he and 10 other attorneys found that “72 of the 115 vote centers (62.61%) [they] visited had material problems with the tabulators not being able to tabulate ballots.”
