US Representative Cory Mills (R-FL) fiercely criticized Congress and the Biden administration’s lack of action regarding national security and foreign policy. Mills, a staunch advocate for the “America Committee” and a vocal opponent of current policies, highlighted several key issues plaguing the nation.
Mills expressed outrage over the Biden administration’s handling of Hamas, which he accused of being ignored as a terrorist organization despite its ongoing violence.
“Hamas, a terrorist organization, continues its war funded in part by Biden’s decisions to give money to Iran,” Mills said.
He emphasized that the administration’s policies have exacerbated the crisis, leading to more hostages and casualties.
Criticizing Congress for its slow response, Mills pointed out that “It took Congress over a month to set up a committee, which is now in recess for another 35 days. That’s not serious.” He underscored the inefficacy of the official investigations and defended the “America Committee” for stepping in where Congress has faltered. “We had to take matters into our own hands because the official channels were failing us. This isn’t about political posturing; it’s about justice,” Mills declared.
Mills also addressed the Biden administration’s failures in foreign policy, particularly in handling the Ukraine conflict and the situation in Israel. He condemned the administration’s funding of wars abroad while neglecting domestic issues. “We have more terrorists coming across our borders, more angel families, and more fentanyl overdoses. Yet we’re supposed to prioritize funding wars and other countries?” Mills questioned.
Regarding congressional priorities, Mills criticized the lack of accountability and action regarding appropriated funds. He drew a parallel between the Trump administration’s handling of Ukraine funding and Biden’s actions, stating, “Biden held up congressionally appropriated funding, just like Trump was accused of doing, but now there’s no backbone in Congress to hold him accountable.”
Mills showed his commitment to fighting for American interests and criticized both major parties for failing to address crucial issues. “I’d rather fight and lose than not fight at all,” Mills asserted. He stressed the need for Congress to act decisively and prioritize American lives and security over political considerations.
As he concluded the segment, Mills urged his supporters to stay informed and engaged. “Follow me on Twitter @RepMills and visit my website MillsForFlorida.com. I’ll keep blasting out the truth while they like it or not,” he said.
Mills remains a vocal advocate for a return to an “America First” agenda and for holding the administration accountable for its policies and failures.
