BREAKING: Supreme Court Allows Title 42 To Stand Until Summer Ruling

UPDATE: In unexpected good news, the Supreme Court voted 5-4 to accept the case challenging Biden’s decision to end Title 42. The Trump-era policy will now remain in place until the court hands down a decision by early summer 2023.
