Ben Bergquam, a correspondent for Real America’s Voice and host of Law and Border, delivered a scathing critique of the Biden administration’s handling of immigration, particularly regarding the unfinished border wall. During a recent appearance on Steve Bannon’s WarRoom, Bergquam talked about the gravity of the border crisis, showcasing unused materials purchased for the wall that were left to rot in the desert.
His criticism extended to Harris specifically, whom he called "a liar” and "the border czar who allowed the largest invasion of America in American history.”
FOCUS ON THE BETRAYAL OF KAMALA HARRIS
Bergquam held Harris and Biden accountable for the increase in illegal crossings and the broader immigration crisis affecting U.S. cities like New York, Chicago, and Aurora, Colorado.
"Kamala Harris, you are a liar and the American people need to know it,” he said.
He blamed Joe Biden and Kamala Harris for wasting these materials while claiming to address the border issue.
"Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have allowed most of that [wall material] to rot out in the desert. They sold it for pennies on the dollar,” Bergquam charged, adding that just months before the 2024 election, the administration was making superficial attempts to secure the border.
Bergquam was reporting from a border area 20 miles east of Sasabe, Arizona, where he highlighted the dangerous situation migrants face. He described encountering three Egyptian men, Coptic Christians fleeing persecution from the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. According to Bergquam, these men had been held captive by the Sinaloa cartel for 12 days, having to pay a ransom for their release. "There were tears in their eyes,” he said, recounting how the men shared their harrowing experience of being trapped between the cruelty of cartels and the complex U.S. asylum process. When asked if they would recommend the journey to others, they responded, "Absolutely not,” emphasizing the dangers migrants face.
THE US GOVERNMENT HAS FAILED THE AMERICAN PEOPLE
Bergquam’s message was clear: the U.S. government’s failure to secure the border is putting vulnerable people at risk while benefiting criminal organizations like the Sinaloa cartel. "The left in America are inviting them to come through,” he said, adding that Biden and Harris’s policies allow illegal immigrants to continue crossing the border unchecked. "Joe Biden and Kamala are lying to you about that every single day.”
In addition to migrant exploitation, Bergquam accused the administration of enabling the smuggling of drugs and people across the border, facilitated by cartel control of certain areas. He pointed to two major smuggling routes near where he was stationed: "Two trails, one right behind me, one just to my west where they’re running drugs and people all day every day.” Bergquam described how cartel members were preparing to scale the border fence using ladders but turned back upon seeing him. "I guarantee you, they came across later that day,” he remarked, emphasizing the scale of the problem and the arrogance of the cartels.

CRIMINAL CARTELS WILL NOT BE REIGNED IN UNDER KAMALA HARRIS
Bergquam warned that the consequences of continued inaction would be catastrophic for the U.S., emphasizing that this issue is not just about Biden and Harris but about the future of American sovereignty. "It’s about the people chanting, ‘No borders, no walls, no USA at all.’ That is the base of the Democrat Party,” he argued. He urged Americans to take action in the upcoming 2024 election, stating, "We have one chance to stop this… If you allow them to steal the election again, in November, our country is gone.” Bergquam concluded by stressing that the fight is about electing President Trump removing ineffective politicians, and strengthening border security to preserve the nation.
