Steve Bannon’s Defiant Call: “American Citizenship Is Our Greatest Treasure”
Steve Bannon isn’t backing down. As the former White House strategist faces legal and political battles, he’s sharpening his focus on a message he believes America needs to hear: the innate value of citizenship.
On Tuesday’s WarRoom program, he launched into one of his most Epic rants on citizenship. Here is a snippet:

"American citizens, not billionaires or global elites, are the foundation of this nation,” Bannon said in a recent interview. "The working class, the middle class—those who’ve built this country with their hands and their sweat—they are the ones who should be at the top of the list for jobs, for wealth-building opportunities.”
Bannon pulled no punches, accusing the political and corporate establishment of trying to "beat you into submission.” He described a system that prioritizes the wealthy and powerful at the expense of ordinary Americans. "The elites don’t care about you. They want open borders, cheap labor, and a compliant citizenry that doesn’t ask questions,” he said.
For Bannon, the American citizen isn’t just a statistic or a demographic. "When I talk about citizenship, I mean everyone who has legal citizenship,” he explained. "Black, white, Hispanic, Asian—it doesn’t matter. If you are a legal citizen of this country, you are part of the American family.”
Bannon painted a picture of citizenship as more than just a legal status. He called it a sacred bond between individuals and their country. "Citizenship isn’t about privilege; it’s about responsibility and opportunity,” he said. "We owe it to every American to make sure they have the chance to build a life, to succeed, to thrive.”
He linked this philosophy to the broader MAGA movement and its focus on economic nationalism. "We’re not just talking about slogans here. We’re talking about real policies—bringing jobs back to America, prioritizing American workers, and stopping endless wars that drain our resources,” Bannon said.
Critics have accused Bannon of using fiery rhetoric to divide. He doesn’t see it that way. "This is about unity, not division. But it’s a unity based on shared values and shared citizenship,” he said.
Bannon also addressed accusations that his agenda is exclusionary. "The left likes to frame us as being against immigration. That’s not true. We’re for legal immigration that respects our laws and our workers,” he said.
The stakes, according to Bannon, couldn’t be higher. "If we don’t fight for the American citizen, who will?” he asked. "If we don’t prioritize our people, our communities, and our future, then this experiment in democracy will fail.”
Bannon’s defiance in the face of adversity is clear. His message to ordinary Americans is simple: You matter. Your citizenship matters. And it’s time for the system to reflect that.
As he continues his battles with H-1B Visa program, both legal and political, Bannon is doubling down on his vision for America. "This isn’t about me,” he said. "It’s about the citizens of this great country. It’s about ensuring that their voices are heard and their futures are secured.”
With his fiery rhetoric and unyielding resolve, Bannon bet Americans are ready to take a stand. And he’s determined to lead the charge with the help of the WarRoom audience.
