Mike Davs of the Article III Project talks to host Steve Bannon about the partial grand jury report released by the district attorney in Fulton County, Georgia, which claims there were several witnesses in the investigation of President Trump’s claims of election fraud who may have perjured themselves.
“There was a 26-person grand jury. They put out part of the report and it’s a ‘nothing burger.’ … They were trying to get Trump on this theory that somehow it’s a crime for President Trump to try to use his First Amendment rights to influence the election. You have a First Amendment right to redress government. They were trying to turn this into some criminal conspiracy with Trump… It’s nonsense.”
