Journalist Todd Bensman of the Center for Immigration Studies reveals to Steve Bannon that a federal court in Pensacola, Florida, has just blown a huge hole in the Biden administration’s immigration policies.
“This is a flash-bang grenade to get your attention … This is a significant legal ruling [in a case] brought by the state of Florida… The attorney general’s case was to say that all these ad hoc policies that the Biden administration is creating to reach humanitarian parole and alternatives to detention… were illegal… The judge went into his chambers to write this 103 page ruling, and it is just devastating. He has absolutely ruled … that the Biden admin istration within one week must vacate all of these policies…. and return to the law… detention and removal.”
