In a stirring WarRoom broadcast on Friday, Steve Bannon joined forces with longtime ally Liz Yore to sound a clarion call to Catholics and believers worldwide. The show centered on an exclusive interview Bannon conducted with Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, a revered figure among traditional Catholics and a vocal critic of the Vatican’s secretive relationship with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
Yore launched the interview with the urgency and gravity of a spiritual battlefield. After she arranged the interview, she followed up with a detailed companion report published on WarRoom.org, emphasizing the geopolitical and religious stakes.

Yore read from her piece a quote from the Archbishop:
"With the election of Donald Trump, the infernal machine of the New World Order has somehow jammed,” Archbishop Viganò told Bannon, "putting into crisis a system of corruption, conflicts of interest, and blackmail that seemed to work perfectly.”
Yore and Bannon described the Archbishop’s message as profoundly spiritual and intensely practical—a warning to America and the West about the enemies of faith, order, and truth who no longer lurk in the shadows but openly control key institutions.
"We must not lose this moment,” Bannon declared. "There are enemies of Christianity, enemies of an ordered country, enemies of the spiritual life of man—and they are not hiding.”
Viganò’s words echoed themes Bannon has long championed: globalist overreach, deep state entrenchment, and the need for moral awakening.
Bannon praised the Archbishop’s clarity:
"He makes this brilliant case that if it were not for Trump in this time and place, it would have been over. Trump is providential.”
At the heart of the program was the Vatican’s controversial deal with the CCP, a topic Yore has relentlessly pursued. Dubbed by WarRoom as the "Vatican suicide pact with the CCP,” the agreement reportedly gives the Chinese government unprecedented control over the appointment of bishops in China—a move that many believe betrays the underground Catholic Church and cedes moral authority to an atheistic regime.

"The Vatican never did a thing,” Yore said, citing the arrests, detentions, and disappearances of faithful bishops by Chinese authorities. "They bulldozed churches while Rome looked the other way.”
Yore and Bannon both condemned former Cardinal Theodore McCarrick—allegedly the architect of the deal—as "one of the worst individuals of the 21st century.”
"This is a playbook,” Yore warned. "The Chinese Communist Party is showing the world how to infiltrate and neutralize religion—and the Vatican walked right into it.”
With the death of Pope Francis and a conclave looming, Bannon and Yore are demanding that the Church confront the CCP agreement publicly.
"We are putting a target on the back of every Cardinal in that conclave,” Yore said. "We demand a loyalty test: Are they going to expose and repeal this agreement, and apologize to the faithful in China?”
The WarRoom platform also directed viewers to repealthedeal.org, a petition site urging the Vatican to void the pact. The urgency wasn’t lost on Bannon.
"This is a movement moment,” he said. "This betrayal cannot go unanswered. The faithful must act, now.”
As Bannon put it bluntly:
"If we miss this window, it’s not just a loss for Catholics. It’s a loss for humanity.”
