Rep. Matt Rosendale of Montana talks to Steve Bannon about his opposition to Kevin McCarthy as speaker of the House. Here’s what Rosendale wants:
“For months now, I have been talking about we absolutely must restore regular order to the House of Representatives. … We have to take the rules and restore them so each member of Congress has an equal voice out there. … I’ve been arguing all along that No. 1 we need to make sure that we have single-issue legislation…. Members should be able to ffer amendments to that legislation.”
