Rep. Andy Biggs of Arizona has announced that he will challenge Kevin McCarthy to be Speaker of the House in the next Congress, which will have a slim Republican majority. Biggs talks to “War Room” host Steve Bannon about what he hopes to accomplish.
“It’s time for a change. … It is time … to turn a new page so we can go forward for the American people. That’s what this is about. It’s time to change the status quo in Washington, D.C. It’s past time for that. … The structure has to change.”
