Mike Davis: “The President makes the determination, what are Presidential records”

Mike Davis founder and president of the Article III Project joins Steve Bannon’s War Room to discuss the reporting on President Trump to be facing an indictment over defense records under the Espionage Act. Davis explains that it is speculated the Biden DOJ will bypass the Presidential Records Act and build an unprecedented case against the former president. Davis reiterates that President Trump under the law is allowed to have access to both classified and unclassified records. He also clarity’s what qualifies as a presidential record as he makes the case that the defense documents in question do in fact meet that standard.
