Julie Kelly contributor at American Greatness joins Steve Bannon’s War Room to provide analysis on reports that special council Jack Smith is seeking to put President Trump in pretrial detention. She explains that in numerous other cases involving January 6th defendants were place behind bars and many still remain there awaiting court dates due to a District Court judge developing a special criteria as to whether bail should be denied. It is this ground work that poses a threat to President Trump.

Personally I think all states should say we do not recognize any law in DC period. Bring our people back to their home states and let their peers be their juries for Jan 6. Trump should not be tried in DC for Jan 6 either it’s simply too prejudiced just like they have proven to be so far with any Jan 6er!
