From a June 2022 WarRoom video clip comes a fiery narrative about the Democrat-dominated January 6th Subcommittee show trial featuring Steve Bannon, a prominent figure in the populist movement behind President Donald Trump’s popularity and former advisor to the President.
Bannon has repeatedly said about the Democrats and their plots to stop the Populist movement:
“There is righteous indignation of the people enslaved by this criminal cartel. It will all come out. And all the collaborators that worked with them. I will make a solemn pledge and oath to Heaven.”
Remember in 2022, the Democrats expected that their televised hearings would be ratings busters, including dragging Bannon in front of the cameras and making him testify against Trump. Except Bannon flipped the script on them.
“The J6 committee is totally irrelevant. Okay, completely irrelevant, their ratings stink. We did hear that the judge ruled, this is going to be going forward. We potentially looking at it for a date for a trial. Scheduled next month here in Washington D.C.”
The WarRoom, at the time, dubbed it the “Trial of Bannon,” which would happen in his defense.. but that trial never happened. Bannon was somehow refused a defense for defying the subpoena.
IS THIS WHY?
“We will subpoena Nancy Pelosi, Jamie Raskin, little Shifty Schiff to come out and to have to give their testimony as well in this trial,” Bannon said of his trial, which never happened.
IT IS ALL IN THE VIDEO
In the video (linked below), Bannon discusses the declining support for the Democratic Party among minority voters, particularly highlighting a significant shift in the Rio Grande Valley. This region, traditionally a Democratic stronghold with a predominantly Hispanic population, witnessed a notable political upheaval as the Republican Party secured a Congressional seat in 2022 held by Democrats since the Reconstruction era.
“You saw last night in the Rio Grande Valley this Democratic house is gone. They’re going to get wiped out this November and we’re going to have a real investigation, and a new house is going to have a real investigation for free,” Bannon said about the 2022 election at the time, adding about the Primary that had just been held:
“The people in the Rio Grande Valley, the Hispanic Americans who blew out the Democratic party last night, as I’ve been saying, want to Congressional seat last night at 84 percent, Hispanic Community, massive win.”
Bannon frames this shift as a validation of his long-held belief that minority communities, especially Hispanic Americans, are increasingly aligning with the populist agenda that propelled Trump into leadership.
Bannon’s commentary in the 2022 video intertwines with his critique of the January 6th House Select Committee, led by then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi. He argues that the subcommittee’s proceedings, which he dismisses as irrelevant and lacking public interest, are a political tool used to punish him for his outspoken support of Trump and his defiance of the subcommittee’s subpoena. Bannon asserts that his imprisonment for contempt of Congress is a direct result of his decision to assert executive privilege on behalf of Trump. He portrays himself as a martyr in the populist cause, enduring legal persecution due to his unwavering advocacy.
The video also highlights Bannon’s anticipation of a Republican victory in the upcoming midterm elections. He predicts that a shift in power would lead to a thorough investigation into the events surrounding January 6th. He suggests that a new Republican-led House would expose the actions of the FBI and other federal agencies related to the Capitol riot, implying that the current Democratic leadership has deliberately obscured the truth about these events.
Complementing Bannon’s narrative, a press release from the Oversight Subcommittee in August 2024 reveals newly obtained footage from HBO, filmed by Alexandra Pelosi, that shows Nancy Pelosi taking responsibility for the security failures at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. In these clips, Pelosi acknowledges her role in the lapses that allowed the riot to occur and mentions the firing of key security officials, including the U.S. Capitol Police Chief and the House Sergeant at Arms. Despite this admission, Pelosi had, for years, publicly placed the blame for the riot squarely on Trump.
This discrepancy, highlighted by the Oversight Subcommittee, fuels the argument that Pelosi’s actions were politically motivated, aiming to shift focus away from her own accountability.
Bannon’s narrative, as presented in the video, paints a picture of a populist leader who is fighting against an unjust system. His imprisonment and the actions of the January 6th Committee as a personal and political vendetta orchestrated by Pelosi and the Democrats.
The newly released HBO footage and the statements from the Oversight Subcommittee provide a contrasting narrative, suggesting that Pelosi’s public stance on January 6th may have been more about political maneuvering than a straightforward acknowledgment of responsibility.
As these events unfold, Bannon remains a polarizing figure. His words and actions continue to evoke strong reactions across the political spectrum.

In the video below, Bannon said:
“Everyone involved in the FBI and every moment of what happened to Ashley Babbitt and others. It’s all going to come out.”
As Bannon’s attorneys have filed new legal documents seeking Bannon’s early release from prison, the question remains if all of this lawfare against Bannon is more of the political persecution against the American people to stop the growing Populist movement from reclaiming the power of the government – and saving the American Republic?
