Ret. Col Derek Harvey gives his assessment on what intelligence agencies could have known prior to the attacks on Israel and the role the United States’ involvement with Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates plays in the conflict. Harvey says what frustrates him the most with the repeated pattern of conflict is failure to unite around an end goal and instead passing the baton over to the next administration. There are two parts to solving the conflict which Harvey identifies as providing cover to Isreal to take out Hamas and protecting the American homeland.
