Attorney Harmeet Dhillon, who is running against Ronna McDaniel for RNC chair, talks to Steve Bannon about the similarity of her race to what happened last week in the speaker’s race in Congress.
“There are a lot of echoes between that race and my race. You saw a lot of Republicans in the House criticize the 20 resistors… I’m glad they stood the course, and they insisted on these rights, because in the end we had a much stronger Congress overall. … At the RNC I’m being criticized by some members who support the current leadership, saying ‘Why are you disrupting everything. We need unity,’ but the unity that we are being asked to support at the RNC is unity around cycles of loss.”
