“I’d say all of this marks a giant leap toward Armageddon… [Putin’s speech] occurred in the aftermath of what might be one of the most significant attacks on European infrastructure in several decades… the sabotage of major pipeline from Russian to Germany. That in my mind marks a dramatic escalation. The Europeans all kind of quietly understand this is likely at the hands of NATO allies…. That’s what they’re being good little vassal states and not making a lot of noise about it.”
