Attorney Christina Bobb gives an update on Kari Lake’s lawsuit against Maricopa County and other parties responsible for how the Nov. 8 election was administered in Arizona.
“In the complaint, Kari Lake requested access to the ballots in order to inspect them. According to the statutes, she has a right inspect a sampling of the ballots. The judge granted that request today, but it’s just in line with the statute. … On Monday, the 19th, they [the defendants] have a motion to dismiss… Kari Lake’s team is responding tomorrow… If that motion to dismiss gets granted, then the ballot inspection obviously becomes moot.”
