I wonder how many investments congressmen are privy to … via lobbyists … investments that do better with an expanded money supply rather than ones based on fiscal responsibility. Judges have to recuse themselves, or are supposed to, when they have some interest in a case and cannot be trusted to rule fairly. Maybe all Congressmen whose financial future will be positively advanced by a particular vote should recuse themselves from voting. The few who are left might do something in the favor of constituents.
