Dr. Pierre Kory reports live from outside the Supreme Court where oral arguments in the Murthy v Missouri case, a case which justices will consider whether the government coerced or significantly encouraged social media heads to remove certain content in violation of the First Amendment. Children’s Health Defense, an organization who fights censorship regarding health based content in relation to vaccine safety, staged a rally ahead of these arguments in support of free speech. Dr. Kory shares that he was banned from social media following his congressional testimony over Covid measures such as masks being ineffective.
