The screams of residents locked in their apartment building that caught on fire in Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang, can be heard in a harrowing video which displays the abuse of the Chinese Communist Party's zero-Covid policy. Officials have put the death toll at 10 while reports from locals via WeChat have claimed that the death toll is much higher.

After 100 days of lockdowns in Urumqi crowds of protesters took to the streets to protest the zero-Covid policy that has led to abuse from officials and dangerous isolation conditions. The people can be heard chanting pleas to stop the lockdowns.

Scenes of protesters and officials clashing with one another and Covid barriers being broken in Wuhan by the revolting citizens of China have circulated on social media. Chants of the people saying, "The epidemic started in Wuhan, and it will end in Wuhan,” can be heard as gates are smashed.

While the CCP relies on censorship and the "Great Firewall," to limit the exposure of the Chinese Communist Party's abuse of the people of China, the videos shared have given the rest of the world a glimpse into the reality for those living under the zero-Covid policies the CCP has inflicted on the people.
