This would never have happened under President Trump… This is obviously a direct reaction to the basing decision in the Philippines… You have to also think that China may be trying to bait the United States into disputes over appropriate rights in the air…. Well we shoot thin thing down. Does that give China some sort of pretext for China to take some action?”
