In a fiery conversation with Mike Davis on the Tuesday WarRoom program, libertarian leader Jeremy Kaufmann shared a chilling account of federal agents showing up unannounced at his home—without identifying themselves or explaining their presence. Kaufmann, known for his vocal opposition to the Biden administration’s policies, painted this experience as the “least American” moment of his life. The agents’ refusal to state their purpose left him convinced that this was an intimidation tactic aimed squarely at silencing those on the right who are supporting liberty initiatives and President Trump’s re-election.

The FBI visited my house today for free speech acts they knew were not crimes.

Jeremy Kaufmann Talks to Steve Bannon’s WarRoom
“This was a clear attempt to intimidate me for my beliefs,” Kaufmann said on the WarRoom. “They refused to say who they were, they refused to say why they were here… This is what the direction of our country looks like now.”
Kaufmann, who is part of New Hampshire’s "Free State” movement, which seeks to restore what he calls "original American” values, didn’t mince words. He framed this encounter as part of a growing pattern of left-wing authoritarianism, where right-leaning Americans are targeted for speaking out. "This is the Harris-Biden regime weaponizing federal agencies against political opponents,” Kaufmann declared, adding, “Meanwhile, assassination attempts on the next president, Donald Trump, go unanswered.”
Mike Davis was quick to highlight the hypocrisy of federal resources being used to harass someone like Kaufmann while failing to address the real threats facing the country. “I find it interesting that the FBI has the resources to send agents to your house, but they don’t have the manpower to protect the former—and likely future—president from assassination attempts,” Davis said. “Where are their priorities?”
Kaufmann and Davis both pointed to an alarming trend: the federal government seems more interested in going after citizens like Kaufmann than dealing with real crises, like the spread of violent gangs in U.S. cities. "We have illegal Venezuelan gangs overtaking suburbs in Denver, but the feds are at my door for being a ‘right-thinking American,’” Kaufmann exclaimed. "It’s clear they’re using federal resources to destabilize the country by pulling swing states left.”
He backed up his argument with striking data, revealing that refugees and migrants are being funneled into swing states. “They’re sending these migrants to places like Colorado and New Hampshire, not deep blue states. They’re trying to create permanent blue strongholds by packing these states with future Democratic voters,” Kaufmann argued. “This is deliberate.”
Despite these frustrations, Kaufmann remains optimistic about his home state of New Hampshire, where he believes liberty-minded people are making progress. "We still have tens of millions of Americans who hold pro-liberty values,” he said. “New Hampshire has a culture that encourages this kind of resistance. I’m not going to keep my mouth shut—I’m going to be talking more than ever.”
Kaufmann’s resolve is stronger than ever, and he has no plans to back down. “If they thought sending federal agents would intimidate me, they were dead wrong. This is just the beginning,” he concluded defiantly.
The encounter raises a critical question: How far will the government go to suppress dissent while ignoring the real threats to the nation?
