In a Monday WarRoom conversation, Steve Bannon and Royce White, a candidate for Senate in MN,f discussed various topics, centering on White’s Senate campaign, systemic political issues, and grassroots populist movements. However, a significant focus was on White’s plans for a peaceful demonstration at the Federal Reserve on July 4th.
“There are 12 Federal Reserve banks all across the country, and it would be my wish that people would show up and peacefully demonstrate at the Federal Reserve on July 4th. I’ll be there in Minneapolis, but there’s 12 all across the country. This is the way the system works. This is why we’re fighting,” White told Bannon.

White explained the motivation behind this march, emphasizing the need to address the economic system’s failures. He criticized the Federal Reserve’s role in perpetuating a “late-stage capitalist or technofeudalism system with no capitalist.” He argued that the concentration of wealth and assets in the hands of a few, leaving the majority with little to no financial or intellectual property assets, is a significant issue that needs to be addressed. “We have a system where one percent owns everything, and the other four or five percent own whatever scraps are left,” White stated. “Eighty to ninety percent of the American people have no financial assets, no meaningful, real assets.”
White’s critique extended to the broader neoliberal order, particularly its focus on Europe at the expense of American interests. He contended that the promises made to ensure global self-determination had instead created a system of global welfare states, heavily subsidized by American resources. “All they care about is Europe,” White said. “Europe is higher up on the trough in American safety and territorial integrity.”
White observed a growing awareness among minority communities, particularly African Americans, about the systemic rigging of the political and economic system. He mentioned that the African American audience, especially those attending his live events, are becoming increasingly vocal about their discontent with issues such as the Ukraine war and LGBTQ-related education policies in schools. “Even single black mothers are upset that their children are being forced to listen to pornographic sex education material in their public schools,” White noted. “No working-class citizen wants to send their money to a war a world away that we can’t win.”
White argued that this awareness is a significant factor driving the populist backlash and the support for his campaign. He attributed much of his campaign’s momentum to the support from the WarRoom Posse, a network of grassroots activists galvanized by Bannon’s platform. “The WarRoom Posse is why I’m having success in Minnesota,” White stated. “Everywhere I go in Minnesota, it’s always, ‘How’s Bannon doing? What’s going to happen with Bannon?’ Steve is great. We love him.”
While the discussion largely focused on the march, White’s Senate campaign against incumbent Amy Klobuchar was also highlighted. Bannon noted the grassroots nature of White’s campaign, emphasizing that despite a lack of financial backing, White was making significant strides in the polls.
