Integrity is what you do when no one is watching.  Security cameras only in the hands of those with no integrity must be capitalized instead of only federalized.  More than just federalize cameras must become routinely installed. The fed has proved they use cameras for abuse instead of justice. More tools fed weaponizes and the innocent need weapons to level this playing field.  This is the weapon we need to fight killary and gangsters.
