he should confine his debate to the Dem nominee

DJT has nothing to gain here.  Declining puts more pressure on Biden to BE the nominee.  
Biden at this point is a FALSE TARGET

DJT can only get hurt by a debate now, and for no reason at all.

It’s easy to beg off now, a dis and snub to Biden
