Texas AG Ken Paxton Warns: Arrests And Motions To Remove From Office Coming For Delinquent Democrats
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton joined Steve Bannon to update on the Democrat legislators who fled to Illinois to block a vote on redistricting, funded in part by left-wing donors like George Soros. Paxton emphasized this is a state matter—no need for FBI involvement. He warned absent Democrats they face removal from office if they don’t return by Friday. Arrests are being considered but may depend on their physical presence in Texas. Paxton explained that Texas is in uncharted legal territory, but the law supports consequences for abandoning legislative duty. He noted demographic changes and mass migration into Texas have made redistricting essential and reflective of the state’s evolving electorate, especially in MAGA-supporting South Texas. Paxton criticized Democrats for fleeing to a heavily gerrymandered blue state while denying Texas the ability to redraw fair maps. He urged continued special sessions until quorum is restored and promised to keep fighting.
Texas Rep. Harrison: "Arrest Warrants Are Good, You Know What’s Better? ARRESTS”
exas State Rep. Brian Harrison and Steve Bannon exposed the political theater and betrayal unfolding in the Texas legislature, emphasizing that under President Donald Trump’s leadership, the America First movement must demand accountability. Harrison criticized both Republican and Democrat leadership in Texas, saying they’ve failed to deliver for conservative voters, instead spending legislative sessions pushing progressive policies like DEI and transgender ideology in public universities, while neglecting critical priorities like redistricting.
Harrison argued that Texas Republicans could have passed redistricting months ago if they had the political will. He emphasized that the real scandal isn’t just the Democrat walkout to Illinois—it’s that GOP leadership let it happen. Bannon compared it to his time in Congress, saying both parties are beholden to donor interests, which block real reform.
Harrison praised grassroots activists and the War Room audience for shining light on these issues, urging citizens to stay engaged and follow him on social media for real-time updates. He called out Texas leadership for playing "kabuki theater” while hardworking Texans are ignored. Both agreed that fighting the Uniparty—Democrat and establishment GOP alike—is essential to restoring integrity and power to the people under Trump’s America First vision.
