LAVORGNA: "All Of The Job Gains Year To Date Have Been In Native-Born Employment”
Steve Bannon and Joe Lavorgna discuss the current state of the U.S. economy under President Trump. They address the latest job numbers, noting that while the data was softer than expected with some downward revisions, the fundamentals remain strong—particularly low layoffs and rising wages. Lavorgna highlights that job growth has been concentrated in native-born employment, with foreign-born employment declining, which he ties to stronger real wage growth. Capital expenditures (capex) are rising, especially in AI and infrastructure, but Bannon raises concerns that AI-driven capex may not translate into traditional job growth. Lavorgna counters that blue-collar skilled labor will benefit, especially with 100% expensing under Trump’s economic policies. They agree that lower interest rates are essential to fueling sustained growth and affordable housing. Despite automation concerns, Lavorgna remains optimistic that innovation will create new high-paying jobs, both in blue-collar and emerging industries.
O’Keefe: "This Appears To Be A Violation Of Federal Law”
James O’Keefe joined Steve Bannon to expose what he claims is a massive, well-funded operation obstructing federal immigration enforcement. O’Keefe referenced Title 8 U.S. Code § 1374, stating that certain NGOs are using "sophisticated alert systems” to tip off illegal immigrants about ICE raids, with messages like: "If you see someone from ICE, you can text the group and it’ll go on a website.” He alleges this is not simply information sharing but amounts to obstruction of justice.
The operation reportedly has $180 million in private funding—likely from MacKenzie Bezos—and $171 million in recent funding from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. O’Keefe emphasized, "What’s outrageous is they have texting groups, databases, and even government money supporting them.”
Bannon noted that the Department of Homeland Security and DOJ issued a rare joint statement promising to take action. Both criticized the lack of arrests or accountability. O’Keefe warned that if officials continue to ignore clear violations, he’ll begin investigating those failing to enforce the law. Bannon closed by demanding swift accountability.
ALLEN: "This Promise That AGI Imminent — Then A System Will Replace Every Job On The Planet”
Joel Allen updated the WarRoom on developments with AI and it’s impact on American jobs.
Sen. Tuberville: "They Have Slowed Played President Trump”
Senator Tommy Tuberville joined Steve Bannon to discuss Senate gridlock, recess appointments, and his new bill to stop Chinese and Iranian nationals from studying advanced technologies in the U.S. Tuberville criticized the Senate’s reluctance to stay in session and confirm President Trump’s nominees, warning that Biden-era bureaucrats are still in power and obstructing Trump’s agenda. He slammed the "lower-level people in the agencies” who, left over from the Biden administration, are damaging American industry and national interests.
Tuberville called for either staying in session or allowing a recess so Trump can install key officials via recess appointments. "Somebody needs to grow a set,” he said, calling out Chuck Schumer for blocking progress out of fear of the far-left.
He also introduced his Student Visa Integrity Act, which would ban Chinese and Iranian nationals from studying sensitive fields like AI in the U.S., noting that many of them report back to the Chinese Communist Party. "We’re training our enemy with our best technology,” he said.
Tuberville emphasized the need to prioritize American students and stop treating higher education as a for-profit business. He urged Republicans to fight harder, warning, "Just because President Trump is in office doesn’t mean we’re gaining ground. He’s surrounded by saboteurs.”
