THAYER: "Nagasaki Is So Important, It Reverberates With The Problems And Concerns We Have Today”

Dr. Brad Thayer and Steve Bannon discussed the 80th anniversary of the Nagasaki bombing, using it as a lens to critique modern elites. Thayer praised the program’s cold open for exposing how cultural and political elites misframe global issues. He drew historical parallels—such as the CIA and MI6’s covert operations under Eisenhower, and the Bush-Gorbachev dealings in 1991—to today’s foreign policy, especially in Ukraine under President Donald Trump. Thayer argued that establishment voices, including elite media like the Financial Times, project intellectual authority but focus on the wrong issues. Instead of addressing the central strategic challenge—China—they waste resources and attention on secondary matters. He criticized the absence of honest commentary from the left on deep-state and establishment-driven interventions, suggesting this misalignment of priorities undermines America’s real mission. Bannon agreed that the cold open effectively highlighted the irony of elite narratives missing the true thesis of current geopolitics.

HEMISPHERIC DEFENSE: Cleo Paskal: "It Might Be Beneficial To Start Thinking About An Indo-Pacific Charter”

This conversation used the 80th anniversary of Nagasaki to draw lessons for today’s wars in Ukraine and Gaza. Steve Bannon and Cleo Paskal argued that great power wars are complicated to end because of the "blood price” paid—once sacrifices mount, vengeance and annihilation take over. They recalled how even after Hiroshima, Japan refused to surrender until a second atomic bombing and Emperor Hirohito’s intervention broke the deadlock, narrowly avoiding Soviet invasion and a divided Japan.

Bannon warned that Ukraine and Gaza have reached comparable brutality, with massive casualties and destruction resembling World War II’s firebombings. He praised President Trump’s efforts to end these wars as "heroic,” despite global and elite opposition, and stressed the need to prevent U.S. entanglement.

The discussion also highlighted the strategic importance of the Western Pacific, U.S. territories like Tinian and Alaska, and the need—echoing the Atlantic Charter—to clearly define war aims and limits to avoid endless, open-ended conflicts.

BRAT: "The Deal For Zelensky Is Kyiv Or No Kyiv, It’s Not A Peace Deal, It’s The Survival Of Ukraine”

Dave Brat and Steve Bannon discussed how "America First” means ending foreign wars in Ukraine and the Middle East that don’t serve U.S. vital interests, while focusing on hemispheric defense—especially against the Chinese Communist Party. Brat warned of the danger of letting unelected leaders like Zelensky dictate war aims, noting Ukraine missed earlier chances for peace and now faces an existential fight. Bannon and guests highlighted President Trump’s plan to meet Putin in Alaska on August 15—the anniversary of Japan’s surrender in WWII—as a symbolic, strategic move to improve U.S.-Russia relations and counter Beijing. They stressed Alaska’s historic and geographic role in hemispheric defense and the potential for cooperation between two "pioneer nations” despite elite resistance. The discussion called for a clear Indo-Pacific strategy, akin to the Atlantic Charter, to define what America is willing to fight for and prevent endless, undefined conflicts driven by establishment agendas.

Dr. Bhattacharya: "As Far As Public Health Goes For Vaccines, The mRNA Platform Is No Longer Viable”

Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, Director of the National Institutes of Health under President Donald Trump’s administration, discussed HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s decision to cancel contracts worth hundreds of millions for mRNA vaccine production. Bhattacharya explained that the mRNA platform has lost public viability due to widespread distrust, with uptake rates below 5% for young children and under 25% overall, despite relentless promotion since the Biden era. He criticized media figures like Stephen Colbert for bullying tactics that eroded trust, contrasting this with the need for honesty and evidence-based reasoning in public health. Bhattacharya highlighted scientific flaws: mRNA turns the body into an “antigen factory” but fails in dose control, distribution, and avoiding off-target proteins. While promising for future applications like cancer, it didn’t prevent COVID transmission—most vaccinated people, including himself, contracted the virus—and caused side effects like myocarditis in young men. He attributed the initial overpromotion to pandemic panic, financial incentives, and wishful thinking, referencing his Great Barrington Declaration, which advocated focused protection and faced backlash.

Looking ahead, Bhattacharya emphasized radical transparency, investing in reliable technologies like universal flu vaccines, and direct communication via his podcast, “Director’s Desk,” and X account (@NIHDirector_Jay).  He aims to highlight advances, such as potential sickle cell cures, while fostering open debate to rebuild trust amid pharma-influenced media propaganda. Bannon praised the boldness and called for banning pharmaceutical TV ads to counter misinformation.

Dr. Naomi Wolf: Legacy Media May Fall Apart Completely Without USAID And Big Pharma’s Money

Steve Bannon and Naomi Wolf discuss the urgent need for accountability regarding the public health damage caused by misinformation and mishandling of the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine rollout. They highlight how legacy media and internal government resistance suppressed truthful discourse, harming millions. Naomi emphasizes the failure of health agencies to communicate transparently, the lack of coordinated messaging, and the absence of effective press engagement. She praises efforts by allies now in power at HHS and NIH to shift this narrative but stresses the fight is far from over, as big pharma’s influence remains strong. Bannon underscores the importance of ongoing grassroots activism and independent media to expose the truth and hold powerful figures accountable. They agree this is just the opening salvo in a long battle to restore scientific integrity and public trust.
