Judge Presiding Over Jack Smith’s Case Previously Recused Self Over Connections To Democratic Leader

Former prosecutor and Trump official Kash Patel joins Steve Bannon’s War Room to share information on U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan the judge presiding over the Trump indictment involving January 6th. Patel reveals that it was Judge Chutkan had previously recused herself in proceedings regarding bank records being turned over that showed evidence of Hillary Clinton and the DNC funding the Steele dossier that the FBI used illegally. Chutkan recused herself due to her Democrat party connections. Patel makes the case that the recusal is the same standard that must apply in the Jack Smith case.
