In a stunning and unapologetic conversation with Steve Bannon on Monday’s WarRoom, General Mike Flynn didn’t hold back. He declared that former President Barack Obama led an unprecedented effort to undermine President Trump’s administration—and that accountability must come now.
“This is the greatest crime committed in the history of the United States of America,” Flynn said, referencing the newly revealed December 8, 2016 meeting in Obama’s White House, which allegedly laid the groundwork for sabotaging Trump’s presidency before it began. "Obama intentionally brought his team together and said, ‘We can’t allow this guy to govern.’”
Flynn, speaking just after landing in D.C., called for urgent federal action. "The Department of Justice should suspend or revoke the passports of every single person that was in the national security component of the Obama regime—starting with Obama himself,” he said, warning that key players might try to flee the country.
He called for a law enforcement task force to raid the homes of officials who may be hiding classified materials—"just like they raided Mar-a-Lago.” He hinted that evidence exists in personal files, and "whistleblowers are already stepping forward.”

Flynn didn’t mince words when asked whether Obama’s actions could warrant charges: "There should be conversations in DOJ and the White House about conspiracy or even treasonous charges… military trials should be considered.”
Bannon added context: Obama had only one piece of advice for President-elect Trump in 2016—"Do not make Flynn your National Security Advisor.” Why? Because Flynn, with deep knowledge of the intelligence community, posed a "clear and present danger” to the Deep State that had just executed, in Flynn’s words, "a coup.”
Flynn dismissed any notion that this should be bogged down by more investigations. "We cannot have years-long investigations—there’s so much evidence already. This must be adjudicated. People must go to prison.”

He invoked post-WWII justice, saying those who followed Obama’s orders can’t hide behind them: "Ask those who were hung after WWII. They said, ‘I was just following orders.’ That’s what we’re facing now.”
Flynn praised Tulsi Gabbard, now Director of National Intelligence, for releasing critical declassified documents exposing this operation. He also praised President Trump’s courage in returning to the fight.
With both men insisting the time for action is now, Bannon closed by reinforcing Flynn’s call: "This was a coup. And General Flynn is absolutely correct.”
In their view, the evidence is overwhelming, and the fight for justice has just begun.
