Congressman Matt Gaetz joined Stephen K. Bannon on Episode 54 of War Room: Impeachment to discuss the week ahead, including the release of the House Intelligence Committee reports.
Bannon asked the congressman: “How is the minority report and the majority report going to tee up the work that you guys have to do in Judiciary?”
“It will be the presumed factual predicate,” Gaetz answered. “But you can expect the Schiff report to sort of do what the Mueller report didn’t. And that is put the thumb on the scale in a substantial way to color the facts. I think that in the Mueller report, we saw it tends to color the law, which was pretty novel, creative, and out there. But the facts of the Mueller report were not bad for the President and they were laid forward. I think here you’ll see something very different than that.”
