Jason Miller, former Senior Communications Advisor for the Trump 2016 campaign and co-host of War Room: Impeachment, discussed on the latest episode how the Democrats’ impeachment push is unconstitutional.
“Democrats’ impeachment push is unconstitutional…Constitutional scholars argue there should not be any hearings or proceeding until vote is held,” including Episode 6 War Room: Impeachment guest U.S. attorney David Rivkin, who specializes in Constitutional law.
Miller also asked where more of Trump’s legal allies are: “Our constitutional law allies, our legal allies need to get off the sidelines and get into the game…Do they not realize if President Trump gets impeached and does not get reelected in 2020 they’re going to have no more Supreme Court picks?”
War Room: Impeachment host Stephen K. Bannon added how the impeachment proceedings “are massive Constitutional issues..we need our top legal scholars.”
“The fact are our friends here. All witness testimony thus far show President Trump did nothing wrong,” Miller noted.
“Mark meadows sat through 70 hours of this. He hasn’t heard a ‘quid pro quo’, and he hasn’t heard anything he doesn’t want to make public.” Bannon reiterated, “details are our friends here. The more granular you get, the better it looks for President Trump.”
