Stephen K. Bannon, Raheem Kassam, and Jason Miller discussed the Judiciary Committee lineup ahead of its first hearings on Wednesday, as well as what can be expected from the players on our team, on Episode 52 of War Room: Impeachment.

“Moving into the Judiciary Committee process, it’s not like Republicans don’t have some killers on that committee as well who will be able to provide some pushback,” Kassam said. “We’ve got [Jim] Jordan, [Matt] Gaetz, [Doug] Collins – who else do we have on the Judiciary Committee?”

Miller added: “We also have Congressman Andy Biggs. We have Debbie Lesko who we had on the show recently – so we definitely have killers. Especially the fact that [we have] Doug Collins from Georgia who is one of the President’s top defenders in Congress… Collins is very aggressive, I would expect to see him be much more on the ball and on point than Devin Nunes was in the Intelligence Committee. I think Doug Collins will absolutely look for every opportunity to dunk on Jerry Nadler and call out when he’s wander down a path that’s completely way off on some kind of tangent here. They are going to press the case very strongly.”

“I think this is going to be fireworks,” Bannon said. “I think the President’s defenders – if it wasn’t for Matt Gaetz’s brilliant move to really go to the SCIF down below the Capitol and blow this thing up, get it on the front page everywhere, these secret auditions. I think it changed the whole directions of this thing. I believe that these hearings – even the constitutional lawyers – on Wednesday, and any others they have when they actually start to draft the articles [of impeachment], are going to be explosive.

“Whether the President’s lawyers participate or not – with Matt Gaetz, Jim Jordan, Doug Collins, and others, you’re not just going to see a full on defense of the President. I think you’re going to see Republicans go on offense.”
