On Episode 37 of War Room: Impeachment Stephen K. Bannon, Raheem Kassam, and Jason Miller discussed the narrative change from ‘quid pro quo’ to ‘bribery.’

Kassam said: “‘Quid pro quo’ wasn’t cutting it, and now they’ve shifted on to ‘bribery.’”

“It hardwired you right into the Constitution,” Bannon added. “Bribery is right there. It’s not high crimes and misdemeanors, which is fairly nebulous, right. It locks you right it. So they can anchor into the constitution and they can try to prove their case.”

Miller continued: “Well we’ve gone through this with Tom Fitton, we’ve gone through this with Davud Rivkin – two folks who are very smart lawyers, who really understand the stuff inside and out. And both of them say, all the way across the board, this is all junk. Democrats do not have a legal case here. They have rhetoric. And they’re going a great job with rhetoric and manipulating the media. They do not have a legal case for impeaching the president.”
