Jim Schultz: Counting All Lawful Votes in PA

War Room host Steve Bannon talks to attorney Jim Schultz about his efforts on behalf of Pennsylvania Senate candidate Dave McCormick to get the state to count undated or wrongly dated mail-in ballots.

“We have a check for that in Pennsylvania. It’s a timestamp at the courthouse when those things come in. So what we’re asking and the court has ruled is that all lawful votes should count. And in this case, those votes came in on time, were voted appropriately, were time-stamped by the courthouse and are lawful votes, and that’s what we’re asking be counted.”
