Boris Epshteyn pleads for the “War Room” posse to get involved in encouraging Republican state legislatures to play hard ball when drawing new congressional districts, just like Democrats do in the states they control.
Florida as an example: “For some reason the state Senate came up with a very, very, very weak redistricting map…. It effectively keeps the same breakdown, 16-12. Why would they do that? They could literally add 4 or 5 seats [for Republicans] in Florida alone.”
