Author Naomi Wolf reports on a “historic decision” by the Fifth Circuit Court in Louisiana.
“It’s a brief decision but it’s really one that’s transformational. The judges … took the language of Biden’s OSHA mandate — and remember the mandate is not a law, you can’t pass a law to force companies with more than 100 employees to fire people who are not vaccinated — so they went around in a sneaky way through OSHA. … What the ruling says is that the reasoning of forced vaccination on employees is that they’re in grave danger from Covid if they’re not vaccinated. What these three judges said is they’re issuing a stay … and they’ve given the federal government until today to respond. They said we’re rushing because … there is a grave danger to the Constitution.”
