Heather Mullins of Real America’s Voice reported live this morning from a Fulton County courthouse where Judge Brian Amero was hearing a motion to dismiss the lawsuit alleging election fraud in Georgia’s most populous county.
“Don Samuel, who’s one of Georgia’s top criminal attorneys, representing the defendants that work for Fulton County and the state, was not doing well in the courtroom today. He was trying to argue a motion to dismiss this case … when he raised the argument that the plaintiffs have no legal standing to file this case, and chief judge Brian Amero fired back, saying that if counterfeit ballots were injected into this election, diluting their vote, how do they not have a legal remedy? He also asked him whether or not the state election board and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation have conducted any sort of investigation to his knowledge as to whether or not counterfeit ballots diluted the vote. Don Samuel had no answer.”
