Joe Kent responded to his primary opponent Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler smearing Republican voters “fring-ey” in the New York Times.

He said Rep. Herrera Beutler represents the hubris of the “permanent ruling class.”

Kent said we cannot let establishment Republicans “off the hook” because they are pushing the fraudulent Jan. 6 narrative just as much as the Democrats.

“We have to call out the establishment and we have to continue to push for the truth,” Kent said.

“She’s been in power for 10 years,” he said. “They’re so disconnected…they think we’re just going to continue to listen to the mainstream media’s lies. They’re wrong.

“We’re the majority of the country,” Kent said. “They are the past, and we are the future.”

War-Time Footing

Kent also revealed his MAGA agenda for the economy and how the left and the right sold American jobs out.

“We have to get our production as a nation back on track,” he said.

Kent says we must take a war-time footing to fix our economy, which was “systemically broken” by elites destroying our manufacturing base, drowning generations in debt, and then destroying the gig economy through covid.

“Our timber industry has been absolutely gutted over the past several decades,” he explains, from Washington’s third district. “The leftists destroyed it on the altar of environmentalism. Republicans in name only-types bowed down on the altar of the free market and said, ‘It’s good if our jobs get shipped overseas because we’ll have the ability to buy more cheap things at Wal-Mart.’”

And now lumber prices are astronomical because most of it is imported from Canada, he said.
