Arizona state senator Sonny Borelli reveals what happened with the Republican resolution to hold the election Board of Supervisors accountable for blocking evidence of election fraud: they were blindsided by their own member senator Paul Boyer.
Borelli explains that all 16 Republicans, including Boyer, signed the resolution for contempt last week. The resolution would hold the Maricopa Board of Supervisors in contempt for not complying with subpoenas to turn over election equipment and ballots, and enable the sergeant-at-arms to arrest supervisors who are breaking the law.
“At the very last minute one of the senators decided to change his mind without telling anybody, without giving anybody notice,” said Borelli. “And basically just blindsided us all, and betrayed us all.”
