Bank of America is suspected of infringing on Americans’ constitutional rights by turning over consumer data of people who attended a speech by the President of the United States.

“Unless Bank of America has received signed consent from their clients to turn over documents or they have a subpoena which they are choosing to honor, if they are on their own volition turning over information that is absolutely unacceptable,” said Boris Epshteyn “That is a huge violation of privacy laws, a huge violation of people’s own security, and a huge problem for Bank of America.”
